Who will clean my home?

A local cleaner PiFresh matches you with, or one you pick from their profiles. Either way we confirm the cleaner, price, and time with you before anything is booked.

What cleaning can I book?

Regular and deep residential cleaning. Tell us about your home and priorities, and we’ll help work out the details. If booking directly, choose 2–8 hours in half-hour increments. Confirm supplies and tasks with your cleaner before the visit.

Is there a membership or fixed package?

No membership is required. Cleaners set their hourly prices with PiFresh support included. There’s no extra customer booking fee. Any applicable tax appears in your checkout quote.

Can I keep the same cleaner?

Yes. Choose weekly, every two weeks, or monthly at checkout. Recurring visits keep the agreed cleaner, duration, and rate. If a future time becomes unavailable, you’ll be notified to choose what happens next.

When will I be charged?

Sending a cleaning request does not require a card or take a payment. After you approve the details and confirm a booking, PiFresh charges each visit 24 hours before its start. See the booking terms for full payment details.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund of any payment taken. For later customer cancellations, 50% of the cleaner’s agreed earnings is retained for the cleaner and the remaining amount is refunded. For new commission-priced bookings, that is 40% of the visit subtotal. Existing bookings keep their agreed policy. Cleaner cancellations receive a full refund.

What does application reviewed mean?

PiFresh manually reviews cleaner applications before publication. This label describes that review; it does not mean a background check was completed or that insurance coverage is guaranteed. Reviews on profiles come from customers with completed appointments.

Who helps if something goes wrong?

Message your cleaner from the appointment page about visit details. Report a cleaning or payment issue there for PiFresh support to review. An open issue pauses the release of cleaner earnings while it is reviewed.
